Webhooks

Receive real-time event notifications via HTTP webhooks. 24 event types covering trades, copiers, strategies, and exchanges.

Overview

TokenBot webhooks deliver real-time HTTP POST requests to your endpoint whenever events occur on your account. Use them to build custom integrations — Discord bots, Telegram alerts, trading dashboards, and more.

Setup

tokenbot webhooks add --url https://example.com/hooks/tokenbot --events trade.filled,copier.changed
tokenbot webhooks list

--events is a comma-separated list. Verify the endpoint before relying on it:

tokenbot webhooks test <id>

Remove one with tokenbot webhooks remove <id> (it double-confirms).

Event Types

TokenBot supports 24 event types across these categories:

Trade Events

Event	Description
`trade.created`	A new trade was detected
`trade.updated`	A trade was updated
`trade.filled`	A trade was completely filled
`trade.closed`	A trade was closed
`trade.cancelled`	A trade was cancelled

Copier Events

Event	Description
`copier.created`	A copier was created
`copier.updated`	Copier settings were updated
`copier.deleted`	A copier was deleted
`copier.started`	A copier was started
`copier.stopped`	A copier was stopped

Copy Trade Events

Event	Description
`copy.triggered`	A copy trade was triggered
`copy.completed`	A copy trade completed successfully
`copy.failed`	A copy trade failed to execute

Strategy Events

Event	Description
`strategy.created`	A new strategy was created
`strategy.updated`	Strategy settings were changed
`strategy.deleted`	A strategy was deleted
`strategy.activated`	A strategy was activated
`strategy.deactivated`	A strategy was deactivated

Exchange Events

Event	Description
`exchange.connected`	An exchange account was connected
`exchange.disconnected`	An exchange account was disconnected
`exchange.sync_completed`	Exchange data sync completed

Webhook Status

Status	Meaning
Enabled	Webhook is active and receiving events
Disabled	Webhook is paused (manually or automatically)
Failing	Webhook has consecutive delivery failures

Webhooks are automatically disabled after repeated failures. Re-enable them from the webhooks settings page after fixing your endpoint.

Security

All webhooks are sent over HTTPS
Each request includes a signature header (X-TokenBot-Signature) for verification
Failed deliveries are retried with exponential backoff (up to 3 retries)
Failed deliveries are stored in a dead letter queue for debugging

Rate Limits

Webhook deliveries are rate-limited to prevent overwhelming your endpoint. Events are queued and delivered in order.
