Copiers
Copiers are exchange accounts that automatically replicate trades from a Strategy account.
How Copiers Work
Section titled “How Copiers Work”When you add an exchange account as a copier to a strategy:
- TokenBot monitors the strategy (source) account via WebSocket
- When a trade is detected (typically < 100ms), TokenBot calculates the equivalent order
- The order is sent to the copier’s exchange
- Execution completes in under 1 second total

Copier Settings
Section titled “Copier Settings”| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Copy Mode | Same Size, Proportional, or Fixed Percentage |
| Max Order Size | Cap the maximum trade size for this copier |
| Enabled Pairs | Optionally limit which trading pairs are copied |
| Active | Pause/resume without removing the copier |
Cross-Exchange Copying
Section titled “Cross-Exchange Copying”Copiers don’t need to be on the same exchange as the strategy. You can trade on Binance and have copiers on Bybit, OKX, Coinbase, or any supported exchange.
Note: The trading pair must be available on the copier’s exchange. If you buy a token that isn’t listed on a copier’s exchange, that copier skips the trade and alerts you.
Error Handling
Section titled “Error Handling”| Scenario | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Insufficient balance | Trade skipped, alert sent |
| Pair not available | Trade skipped, alert sent |
| Exchange down | Retry with backoff, then alert |
| API key invalid | Copier disabled, alert sent |
